Access to cyberixyx may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and export controls when using course materials or software provided through the platform.
Account Registration and Responsibility
To access certain features and courses you must create an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities under their account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Use cases: instructors relying on your profile to assign appropriate case studies, or employers verifying training completion. Inaccurate information may result in restriction of access.
Protect your account with a strong password and enable available security features. If you use integrations (SSO, third-party identity providers), you remain responsible for the security of those accounts.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by cyberixyx. Organizational accounts may have separate administrator controls defined in a contract.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify support immediately so we can take containment steps. Practical step-by-step: change your password, revoke active sessions from account settings, and report the incident to support.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or security risks. In suspension scenarios, enrolled courses and stored progress may become temporarily inaccessible while we contribute.
Services Provided
cyberixyx offers structured courses, hands-on labs, downloadable templates, and instructor-led workshops focused on AI and chatbot development. Content includes video lessons, guided practical exercises, and case study walkthroughs illustrating implementation patterns.
Course offerings, schedules, and feature sets may change over time to reflect technological developments and learner feedback. When a course is materially changed, existing enrollees will be notified and given reasonable options to complete or transfer their enrollment.
We strive for high availability of our learning platform, but occasional downtime for maintenance or updates may occur. Example contingency: recorded sessions are made available if a live workshop is interrupted due to technical issues.
User Conduct and Platform Rules

By posting content on cyberixyx you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform, including use in anonymized case studies and training examples.
You are responsible for the content you post. Practical case: if a learner publishes a dataset with personally identifiable information, they are accountable for resulting privacy issues and cyberixyx may remove the data and notify relevant parties.
We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these terms, infringes rights, or creates safety risks. Content removal may occur after review or in urgent cases without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Content on cyberixyx, including course materials, branding, and proprietary tools, is owned by cyberixyx or its licensors. Users may use materials for personal learning and internal training per stated licensing terms but must not redistribute proprietary assets without permission.
- Do not copy or republish course videos or downloadable assets for public distribution without explicit license.
- Do not remove attributions, watermarking, or licensing information embedded in materials provided by cyberixyx.
- Third-party content provided in courses may carry separate licensing; respect those license terms and attribution requirements.
Paid Services and Billing
Paid offerings include premium courses, instructor-led workshops, and enterprise training programs. Pricing and billing terms for each paid product are presented at checkout.
Course fees are disclosed before purchase and may include one-time payments or subscription fees. Example: a microcredential program may be billed as a one-time fee, whereas access to a library of labs may be subscription-based.
We accept payments through third-party processors. Receipt, payment confirmation, and invoice records are provided. Payment processors may handle tax calculation and card data according to their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation must be completed through account settings or by contacting support. Practical scenario: if you cancel a monthly lab subscription, access continues through the paid billing period.
Refunds are handled case-by-case based on the product and timing of the request. For example, incomplete workshop attendance due to verified technical failure may result in a partial refund or credit toward a future session. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind after substantial access to course content.
Users may cancel paid enrollments according to the terms presented at purchase. Cancellations for multi-session programs should be requested with reasonable notice to explore alternatives like credit transfers or deferred enrollment.
Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes based on billing address and local law. Users are responsible for taxes that apply to their purchase.
We may adjust pricing for new enrollments. Price increases do not affect paid enrollments that are explicitly billed under an existing agreement unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to paid content and collections actions as allowed by law. Organizations remain responsible for employee enrollments they authorized.
Disclaimer
cyberixyx provides educational content and tools designed for practical skill development. Course materials are for informational and training purposes and should not be construed as legal, medical, business, or professional advice. Users should evaluate applicability of course content to their specific context.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, cyberixyx and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the prior 12 months. Examples of excluded liabilities include lost benefits from failed projects that relied solely on course application without additional professional review.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for hosting, payments, and integrations. Third-party tools have separate terms and privacy practices. Example: integrating a code sandbox provided by a vendor subjects your sandbox activity to that vendor's policies.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or safety concerns. Users may close accounts following the account closure process in settings. Termination will not affect obligations that survive termination such as payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses.
Upon termination, access to paid content and stored progress may be revoked. Some user content or anonymized learning contributions may be retained for recordkeeping and improvement of educational materials.
Privacy and Data Protection
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable security measures and minimize retention to support course delivery and legal obligations. Practical handling: anonymized learning data may be used to build example case studies or improve course exercises without identifying individuals.
Communications and Notices
Notices may be provided by email or in-platform messages to the address associated with your account. For legal notices, we may also use certified mail to the physical address on record when required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders with at least 14 days' notice when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, parties may pursue resolution under the agreed dispute process described below.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to first contact support to resolve issues. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, arbitration or litigation in a competent court in Thailand, subject to applicable procedural rules.
